I was thinking we may have to change the name of the ebuild to either Atlas or
fgfs-atlas, depending on what makes more sense.  There already is an ebuild
dev-libs/atlas (older than this Atlas).  Wouldn't want there to be any confusion.

There are a lot of name collisions in portage already at the individual package
name level.  That's why everything should be refering to the complete two-level
name.  ie. dev-libs/atlas, app-games/atlas.

If it becomes an issue in the future, it will be fixed globally and will be
considered a new bug.
