When the 'otr' useflag is set the ebuilds in the kde-testing overlay should depend on '>=net-libs/libotr-3.2.0' instead of 'net-libs/libotr' just like the ebuilds in the tree. If an older version of libotr is installed, Kopete is built without the otr plugin.
