Actually, that was a call to external command "svn info --xml" which failed. Subversion does have dev-libs/expat as a dependency, so I'm not sure why expat would not be installed. Could you please post output of 'emerge --info' and 'emerge -pv subversion'? I bet it's because expat was upgraded from 1.9.xx to 2.x and .so version number was changed from .0 to .1 and revdep-rebuild hasn't been runned. As "emerge expat" says, ewarn "Please note that the soname of the library changed!" ewarn "If you are upgrading from a previous version you need" ewarn "to fix dynamic linking inconsistencies by executing:" ewarn "revdep-rebuild --library libexpat.so.0" |
