Since version 3.1 (beta) Squid supports eCAP content adaptation modules.

Today squid ebuild in portage tree updated to version 3.1.0.13_beta, but USE-flag "ecap" still not added. What is the problem?

Sorry, I just thought that this bug was closed after adding libecap to portage tree.

Fixed in version 3.1.0.14_beta.
