Please stabilize app-admin/python-updater-0.7.

app-admin/python-updater-0.7 hasn't been in the tree for 30 days, but it fixes
some minor bugs and it should work correctly. You can wait longer if you want.

Please test app-admin/python-updater-0.7 after switching to dev-lang/python:2.6
with respect to bug #277645.
