scite-1.78 cant corectly copy && paste unicode. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go on any website with russian or vietnamese, french .... copy the text there
2. paste it into scite

Actual Results:  
cryptical symbols instead of original unicode text. so all data is lost
