pam_open_session fails if credentials are required (e.g. using AFS).

pam_setcred() should be called before pam_open_session()

This is fixed in pam-login 3.12 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have homes in AFS
2.insert USERNAME on login
3.insert PASSWORD 
4.You cannot access your home

Actual Results:  
You cannot access your home

Expected Results:  
You can access your home

This is fixed in pam-login 3.12
