Trying to emerge an updated GTK+, it breaks and complaines about wanting a 
package I Can't install with my X version. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. ~x86 
2. emerge sync 
3. emerge -up world 
Altranatly 
emerge -u gtk+ 
Actual Results:
