I tried kazehakase with USE="ruby ssl" and I wasn't able to load any webpage. Nothing's happening when i try to load a webpage.
I will try with other USE flag combination. Let me know if you have a clue.

Comment 5 Mounir Lamouri (volkmar) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-10-19 09:15:35 UTC
Matsuu, I really can't get kazehakase showing any website. I got the same behavior with 0.5.6 but it seems pretty weird. Do you have any idea why I can't get any website ?

This bug is blocking gnutls-2.8.3 so it's pretty important.

Could you test 0.5.7?
Comment 7 Mounir Lamouri (volkmar) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-10-21 13:24:20 UTC
0.5.7 is working, may I stabilize this version ?
It's not following the 30 days rule but it's blocking gnutls stabilization and it looks like stable version (0.5.6) isn't really working.
Comment 8 Mounir Lamouri (volkmar) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-10-25 11:15:48 UTC
0.5.7 is now stable for ppc
Revert the change if you think it wasn't a good idea.
