media-sound/sox-14.3.0 fails to emerge with media-video/ffmpeg-0.4.9_p20090201-r1 works with media-video/ffmpeg-0.5-r1

Header definition errors. suggest just updating DEPEND to requipre 0.5

i'd have to unmerge again unfortunately as the log was lost after re-emerging of course.. otherwise i'd have posted it. sorry for the poor error report

imho, we shouldn't care about 0.4.9_x anymore, so,
