When I run fixpackages I have always got similar messages (the actual packae can
vary):

!!! Cannot update binary: Destination exists.
!!! app-admin/gentoolkit-0.1.18-r1 -> app-portage/gentoolkit-0.1.18-r1

The typical advise in forums is to delete the package manually. I would not say
that manual operation is too comlicated. Why don't fixpackages do it
automatically? What's the reason to have fixpackages if it cannot FIX packages?
