Erlang R13B01 was released and features a new (more consistent) versioning scheme that requires a small patch to the ebuild.

Patch to fix minor version handling

This patch fixes the version handling for this release and also removes two patches that are not necessary anymore (both fixed upstream).
Minor nit: the leading zero for the minor version is still hardcoded.
