Markos, I didn't pull it into the main tree as I don't use it myself atm.
If you want to move it: please go ahead.  Please note that it has one dependency that's also sunrise-only atm: media-libs/libmetalink.  So you would have to move both, just so you know.  Thanks for your interest.
