Bug 272994 – net-misc/openvpn-2.1_rc15 ebuilds creates empty /usr/share/doc/openvpn directory

I just installed openvpn on my system. The ebuild created an empty /usr/share/doc/openvpn directory, in addition the the correctly populated (and named) /usr/share/doc/openvpn-2.1_rc15.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Merge openvpn-2.1_rc15
Actual Results:  
The ebuild creates two directories in /usr/share/doc. One of those is empty (/usr/share/doc/openvpn) and shouldn't be there in the first place.

Expected Results:  
Merging openvpn-2.1_rc15 should only created /usr/share/doc/openvpn-2.1_rc15
