The ebuild currently in portage for Mail-SpamAssassin-2.60 shows the SRC_URI of
http://www.spamassassin.org/released/Mail-SpamAssassin-2.60.tar.gz, however the
correct URL has "devel" as the dir instead of "released".  Correct SRC_URI
should be:

http://www.spamassassin.org/devel/Mail-SpamAssassin-2.60.tar.gz

I was going to just make this change and check it in but I didn't want to step
on any toes.

It was pulled upstream for further testing. I've remarked the ebuild -arch until they re-release it.
