After installation of kde-base/kdelibs-4.2.4, without kdeprefix, compilation of kdevelop failed
Installing kde-base/libkworkspace fixed the problem

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install kde-base/kdelibs-4.2.4 without kdeprefix
2.remove kde-base/libkworkspace
3.try to emerge kdevelop-3.9.93

Actual Results:  
CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:57 (MESSAGE):
  Could NOT find KDE4Workspace (missing: KDE4Workspace_CONFIG)
