it works for me for 0.8.8, please try this version. thanks (In reply to comment #1) > it works for me for 0.8.8, please try this version. thanks > Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately it doesn't work too. Kaffeine doesn't show it's logo after playing stops. By the way, it doesn't show it's logo even when I start Kaffeine whithout any files loaded. I mean the big logo (the coffee beans and a peace of a film, if I remember it right), not just the bouncing coffee bean near the mouse pointer in KDE. :) It used to work fine about a year ago and on another machine and it was very convenient. Any suggestions? Thanks to every replyer in advance! :) I've tried to start kaffeine-0.8.8 from the 'konsole' command line and watched the messages it prints to the console. It turned out, that after the end of the movie (just at the time Kaffeine should show it's logo) it prints such error message to the console: kaffeine: ERROR: KXineWidget: Can't find/play logo file! It seems to be connected to this bug, since it sais about a 'logo', but I don't know how to correct this error. Current stable is kdelibs-4.3.3 and kaffeine-1.0_pre2, closing this as WONTFIX as KDE3 and old Kaffeine will be removed. |
