actual projectleader: chainsaw Only newest changes are shown on the link you specified. Try: http://packages.gentoo.org/category/net-misc?arches=all&full_cat instead. Both: http://packages.gentoo.org/package/net-misc/asterisk and your original link accurately show all 4 versions that are presently in the CVS tree. There is NO asterisk-1.2.0.ebuild in the tree anymore. 1.2.0 was removed in April 2006. Currently there are 1.6.1.0, 1.6.0.9, 1.2.32, 1.2.31.1 only. Please explain what you mean that there's no 1.2 in the site otherwise. Sorry for my little mistake, Robin. I wrote the bugreport in a hurry... I just tried to differ the asterisk 1.2-versions and the asterisk 1.6-versions in simple words, because asterisk 1.2.32 is released and 1.6.x.x. is hardmasked. So, the precised topic ("Summary") of this bug should be "net-misc/asterisk isn't shown in the "Online Packages Database"). Maybe the precised "Actual Results" should be "The project net-misc/asterisk isn't shown." and the precised "Expected Results" should be "The Project net-misc/asterisk should be seen on this webpage.". Your posted URL is only reachable, if I'm clicking on the "category-full" within in the Links-section on the right side of the page. Please look at the "Steps to Reproduce". I don't mentioned this Link, before comment #2. And last but not least: I'm a gentoo-newbie and hope this comment #4 is helpful a little bit. Ok, I updated the FAQ to explicitly state that the ordering is most recently changed packages first. It was only implied by the previous language, but now it's explicitly stated. |
