In any case, Ping, Dudes, Just Do It :p Yes, it's all pretty simple. Read [1] and figure out whom to assign bugs to... Quoting: "This is the person in charge of resolving the bug." So that's you, every time, when you're the package maintainer, not some hapless arch team who happens to need to really solve the issue.
