Bug 271937 – app-editors/nvi-1.81.6-r2 stabilisation request (app-editors/nvi-1.81.6 breaks with sys-libs/db-4.6)

sys-libs/db-4.6 is now marked as stable and slotted.
On a system where nvi is installed after db-4.6, or nvi is rebuilt, it will be built against db 4.6 instead of 4.5.  This breaks nvi, which will report "DB_CREATE must be specified to create databases" on opening files, and history functions do not work correctly.

Until nvi upstreams is fixed to work correctly with db 4.6 and newer, nvi should probably be patched to require db-4.5 and link specifically (-ldb-4.5 instead of -ldb).

(And to pre-empt anyone suggesting that nvi should be dropped instead, keep in mind that nvi is the only truly vi compatible vi clone that Gentoo has.  vim, for example, good as it is, won't do the same as real vi if typing "u u" or "u .")

This is already fixed in app-editors/nvi-1.81.6-r2, and it's more than ready for stable. Arch teams, could you please keyword it?
