GINI is a server for broadcasting audio and video files. If you know 
Icecast or Shoutcast then you should be familiar with GINI too. 
GINI currently supports Ogg Vorbis, MP3, RIFF AVI, QuickTime, ASF/WMV 
and RealMedia format files.
