After protocol change in clamav is not working mod_clamav 0.10 in proftpd. Update to mod_clamav 0.11rc is needed.

First time using bugzilla.. now the comment:

I've altered the ebuild, installed and it readly worked out (proftpd and clamav previously configured, tough).

Thanks for the testing! mod_clamav will be updated with new proftpd version, currently discussed in bug #276371. Please try the ebuild there (which has updated mod_clamav) if you can and report back
