please add the sftpfilecontrol patch to net-misc/openssh
along with a local USE flag. this patch is really worth
integrating for use cases where one cannot rely on the
umask/permissions set by the client (classical use case:
web developer uploading stuff to a webserver via SFTP).

just a side note: unfortunately this collides with the X509 patch, so
we would make sure the user does not enable both USE=X509 and USE=sftpfilecontrol.

1. The patch, when applied, refuses to apply with strict validation, as it takes some shortcuts with the additions the keywords array.
2. Why hasn't the author submitted it to upstream? If he has, where's the status of that?
3. Please submit some glue patches so that this patch can be used with HPN/X509/LPK safely.
