Description Mark E. Drummond 2003-08-22 03:34:35 UTC
Trying to emerge alsa-driver-0.9.6 but it fails. See the URL for the output. Looks like
it has something to do with my kernel but I am not sure how to fix it. Perhaps I need
to rebuild my kernel?

Comment 1 Mark E. Drummond 2003-08-22 03:39:08 UTC
Hm, look's like this may be a dup of 27104. My sound card is es1371 but the errors,
particularily the error about the kernel compiler, are the same.

Yes, compile your kernel and things will work...
