I was just about to write an ebuild for plastic myself but then I found your ebuild here... :) 

Version 0.2.1 is already out but a simple mv for the ebuild does it (plus generating new digest...).

I can't see a reason, why you are attaching the source tarballs?! I think the developers will use portage. 'kde-base' is deprecated btw.. Use 'kde' instead. Plastik is a nice theme indeed. :-)

- changed 'kde-base' to 'kde'
- changed DEPEND to "=kde-base/kdebase-3.1*", cause plastik appears to be
included in KDE 3.2
