Broken package in stable, adjusting severity.
Pva the patch is good, i just dont want to mess with package ownership rights so i will leave commit to you.

fixed ebuild

The above patch by Yar-Odin caused multilib failures on amd64, that's why i decided to make some improvements to the ebuild:
EAPI-2
change slot to :3.5 (this is what I am doing to all kde3 apps)
disable arts by default (arts is deprecated)
use kde eclass (so the above patch isn't needed)
enable langs
revision bump

Peter, if you find it OK please stabilize it and add it in tracker bug 270945. thanks
