xorg-server-1.3.X fails to build with libXfont-1.4.0 (or presumably higher) installed, as it needs /usr/include/X11/fonts/fontmod.h, which seems to be provided by libXfont-1.3.4 but not 1.4.0.

Temporary fix: Mask >=libXfont-1.4 in package.mask
Proposed fix: Fix dependency in xorg-server-1.3.X ebuild to require libXfont-1.3.4
