Fix for strange warning with gcc-4.4 and glibc-2.10
I will wait a while (at least a week or two) for further reports before
I release the new eix-0.16.1 - currently the attached patch is the only change.
Until then you can either use the svn version of eix or apply that patch.
Besides the glibc-2.10 problem it also fixes some dangerous strict-alias warnings
of gcc-4.4 which I do not understand and which might as well be a bug of gcc-4.4.
However, avoiding a redundant "virtual" seems to be a workaround.
