In the transition from libpng-1.2.35 to libpng-1.2.36 the patch libpng-1.2.24-pngconf-setjmp.patch was dropped, and it is needed or some applications depending on libpng will fail with errors such like:

 usr/include/pngconf.h:335: error: expected ‘=’, ‘,’, ‘;’, ‘asm’ or ‘__attribute__’ before ‘.’ token
/usr/include/pngconf.h:336: error: expected ‘=’, ‘,’, ‘;’, ‘asm’ or ‘__attribute__’ before ‘include’

I attach a patch because the file libpng-1.2.24-pngconf-setjmp.patch does not works with libpng-1.2.36

fix the application in question.  that patch was dropped on purpose.
