When I tried to install xchat-2.0.4 Emerge worked, but it did n't install the
xchat binary.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sync
2. emerge xchat
3.

Actual Results:  
I could not find the Xchat executable installed in my system
