please report this bug upstream and paste the link here, thanks. It was reported upstream in 2006, at https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1515453&group_id=8874&atid=108874 but although they claim they fixed it, their latest release (2.4.7) does not include the fix. Other distros seem to just patch it, e.g. https://bugs.launchpad.net/libgphoto/+bug/144585 if upstream didn't fix it properly the first time, they need to be reminded, distros should not just patch it and forget about it. |
