emergeing fails due to

./.libs/libpulsecommon-0.9.15.so: undefined reference to `pa_xmalloc'
./.libs/libpulsecommon-0.9.15.so: undefined reference to `pa_proplist_from_string'
./.libs/libpulsecommon-0.9.15.so: undefined reference to `pa_timeval_add'
...
...


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -auvD media-sound/pulseaudio
2. boom


Actual Results:  
gnome-mixer applet disabled (deprecated) and no mixer applet available because pulseaudio cannot be emerged

Expected Results:  
at least one mixer applet and working pulseaudio ;o)

This is because of the libtool asneeded "fixes", which disallow -Wl,--no-as-needed to be picked up as well. (There is a bug in binutils that causes this, I know and I haven't had time to fix it myself :/).

While I haven't had time to fix this properly with binutils upstream it won't fail any longer, since I fixed the elibtoolize patches.
