I can't use the init files with my setup, it complains that start-stop-daemon doesn't recognize the --stdout option. Which baselayout are you using? This is tested with baselayout-2/openrc. I wasn't aware of missing options in baselayout-1 I have no baselayout-1 system available right now to test it on that platform. I'll try to bootstrap something this afternoon, and test with that. New versions, merely changing default values and adding informational notes for baselayout-1 users.

Use system libevent instead of bundled copy wrt #269082. + Update init.d and conf.d files wrt #269655. Updated these to 1.70, if you want more changes, please open a new bug.. Btw, that's why I didn't add them previously to version of transmission that's going stable because they wasn't tested with baselayout 1.. plus I don't really care about baselayout 1 since I can't test it. :/ |
