pyserial ebuild doesn't set RDEPEND, so the current RDEPEND=$DEPEND
means that unzip can't be uninstalled(well not without it being pulled
in next time you emerge world :P).

Fixed.

pyserial-2.4 uses .tar.gz tarball, so it doesn't need unzip at all.
