This is what I got after emerge koules and running koules as a user in the games
group:
/usr/games/bin/koules: line 7: /usr/local/bin/koules.tcl: No such file or directory
/usr/games/bin/koules: line 7: exec: /usr/local/bin/koules.tcl: cannot execute:
No such file or directory

It searches indeed in the wrong directory.

run xkoules

xkoules works but for the svga(?) version KOULESDIR in /usr/games/bin/koules is still wrong?

i was saying use xkoules until i fix the ebuild ;)

-r1 is now in cvs ... it fixes svga compilation and the wrapper scripts
