media-tv/xdtv should be bumped as the newer versions are following the newer media-video/ffmpeg versions.

Actual Results:  
The old media-tv/xdtv-2.4.0 is sadly not working with the new ffmpeg-versions provided by portage ~x86.

Expected Results:  
A working xdtv.
