also happening with nvidia-drivers-71.86.07 - the folder is called /var/tmp/portage/x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-71.86.07/work/NVIDIA-Linux-x86-71.86.07-pkg0/ but it looks in /var/tmp/portage/x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-71.86.07/work/nvidia-drivers-71.86.07 - note the capitalisation difference... Looks like 07 has a bug in it... The issue is with conftest using -fPIC which isn't behaving with the hardened toolchain. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 267395 *** |
