This manifests only when you change an already-existing file.

The top example is 0.2.6.9:

fixes the missing .ebuild for CVS case

This patch fixes echangelog for me when using CVS. The same fix should probably be applied to the SVN casing but I have nowhere to test that.

This was fixed in revision 546 in Subversion. I'll try to get a gentoolkit-dev-0.2.6.10 out this week.

gentoolkit-0.2.6.10 has been released. I will close after independent verification that the bug is fixed.
