It would be nice to include the number of binary packages as part of the summary line at the end of emerge -p / -a output. This would save having to manually check through a (possibly long) list for "ebuild" instead of the expected "binary".

eg.
Total: 98 packages (98 reinstalls, 97 binary), Size of downloads: 0 kB

This is fixed in 2.1.7 and 2.2_rc45.
