hi,
One time was remove USE flag "accessibility" form package dev-cpp/gtkmm. I type command >>emerge -uDN world<< and on terminal I see this:

[nomerge      ] media-gfx/inkscape-0.46-r5  USE="doc inkjar lcms mmx perl postscript wmf -debug -dia -gnome -jabber -spell" 
[ebuild   R   ]  dev-cpp/gtkmm-2.12.7  USE="-debug -doc -examples -test (-accessibility%)" 0 k

But it is impossible to recompile this package because it failed every time (for 2 months).
