link shows that finland rsync mirror is :rsync://trumpetti.atm.tut.fi/gentoo/
but it actually is :rsync://trumpetti.atm.tut.fi/gentoo-portage/ 

so doing "copy link address" and pasting to make.conf and then doing sync starts 
load something else than it sould be.

Did you read the comment on top of the page?

"The rsync-mirrors listed here are not for individual use (i.e. emerge sync)
as that would download the full mirror instead of just the Portage tree.
"

this is an invalid bug report.  reporter confused a portage mirror with a
distfiles mirror.
