It was dropped a long time ago because neon wasn't marked as ~mips, but it looks to be that way now, so if you could test and readd the keyword, I would appreciate it.

btw rpm-5.3.3 (and rpm-5.2.2 soon) build --with-neon=internal
to avoid the complexities of chasing all possible neon versions.

Can someone tell me what software we have on MIPS is available as RPM? What would we need rpm for?
