When compiling desmume with libsdl without joystick support, desmume compilation breaks when linking to libsdl.

I know there is a warning about joystick disabled when compiling libsdl but joystick is a global use flag most people don't need (including me).

Using EAPI 2 use dependencies will fix it easily.

This has been tested with every desmume ebuilds (0.8, 0.9 and 0.9.1)
