gotmail doesnot work (#189685) and is no longer maintained:
| "As of 2009-02-16 16:18, this project is no longer under active development."

It was replaced by getlive (#191233). The last comment in this bug is:
| Now that hotmail has turned on pop access, these screen-scraping programs
| are no longer needed.

So we should remove this tool.
