I have to add that I'm explicitly excluding gnome by USE flag but even then it seems that there is some check for >=gconf-2.0 ...
emerge openoffice -vp These are the packages that would be merged, in order: Calculating dependencies... done! [ebuild U ] app-office/openoffice-3.1.0_beta4 [3.0.1] USE="cups gtk kde nsplugin opengl pam templates -bash-completion% -binfilter -dbus -debug -eds -gnome -gstreamer -java -ldap -mono -odk" LINGUAS="-af -ar -as_IN -be_BY -bg -bn -br -bs -ca -cs -cy -da -de -dz -el -en -en_GB -en_US -en_ZA -eo -es -et -fa -fi -fr -ga -gl -gu -he -hi_IN -hr -hu -it -ja -ka -kk -km -ko -ku -lt -lv -mk -ml_IN -mn -mr_IN -nb -ne -nl -nn -nr -ns -or_IN -pa_IN -pl -pt -pt_BR -ru -rw -sh -sk -sl -sr -ss -st -sv -sw_TZ -ta -te_IN -tg -th -ti_ER -tn -tr -ts -uk -ur_IN -ve -vi -xh -zh_CN -zh_TW -zu" 0 kB
Configure probably needs "--disable-gconf" parameter. Noticed at http://www.mail-archive.com/interface-announce@openoffice.org/msg00471.html. Created attachment 189329 [details, diff] Diff of the modified ebuild with "--disable-gconf" (In reply to comment #2) > Configure probably needs "--disable-gconf" parameter. Noticed at > http://www.mail-archive.com/interface-announce@openoffice.org/msg00471.html. > I can confirm this ... adding "--disable-gconf" to the ebuild results in a finished build process. Attached you find a diff of the ebuilds ... *** Bug 266963 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This should be fixed with beta6, thanks for reporting! |
