kde-base/ktimetracker-4.2.2 has the following automagic RDEPEND:

libXss.so.1 => x11-libs/libXScrnSaver:0

which is not part of the dependencies

fixed for 4.2.4 and 4.3.0 in portage, and for overlay ebuilds, by reavertm
