There is very usefull patch to add option to spamass-milter that would skip spamassassin check for users who already did STMP auth against mailserver.

There is no need on extra configuration, just add OPTION="-s" to the /etc/conf.d/spamass-milter file.

sendmail.mc only need options already described in README.gentoo from this package.
