Description Warren Howard 2009-04-07 17:46:06 UTC
Hi,

I just spent the better part of the day trying to get spell checking working for my firefox install.

The ebuild uses hunspell option when building firefox and hunspell requires the myspell-?? dictionaries.

A short note when the emerge completes telling people that they might want to check that they have installed the necessary myspell-?? dictionaries would be a big help and a big time saver.

Regards,

Warren.

Reproducible: Always

Hunspell postinst message already does that.

Let's see how our mozilla-guys decide on that...

This is correct, which means the user needs to read the einfo log file if they can not scroll back after doing a complete emerge.

Hunspell already warns of this, no need for us to duplicate the ewarn.
