Privoxy version 3.0.12 has been released.

Keep-a-live connections fixed (timeout and length over 2 GiB).

FYI, I have developed IPv6 support (http://xpisar.wz.cz/privoxy-ipv6/) for version 3.0.10 which I'm running long time without any problems. Patch rebased for 3.0.12 is available too (privoxy-3.0.12-ipv6-1.diff).

Fixed in cvs with a brand new ipv6 USE flag (thanks!).

Please submit your patch to upstream. It will make version bumps easier ;)
