the file gentoo-syntax-20090220.tar.bz2 has a size mismatch and can not be emerged

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge app-vim/gentoo-syntax

I cannot reproduce this problem. Please re-sync your portage-tree and try again. 

Reopen this bug if this still isn't fixed then and post your "emerge --info" as well.
